Producer and Lead Photographer

For this shoot, I was the producer and lead photographer. As the lead photographer, I was tasked with capturing imagery to be used by Disney World for the promotion of their 50th Anniversary Celebration.

As the producer for Beautiful Destinations, I worked as a liaison between the Disney World crew and the Beautiful Destinations crew and talent. I coordinated with talent to know call times, what outfits to wear to each shoot location/scene, communicated with our film crew call sheets, and what each scene was for that given day. We also coordinated meals for the crew and talent, managed the logistics of filming across all the Disney parks, worked with Disney Executives to make their visions come to life, and more.

During this shoot. we shot all over Disney World in Orlando, Florida for 7 days with an international family and grandfather.

This video was a collaboration of Disney World and Visit the USA to promote international travelers to visit the happiest place on earth.

We filmed in the Greater Palm Springs area for this video and filmed three generations (a daughter, mother, and grandma) experiencing this city for the first time.

For this shoot, I helped coordinate four on-the-ground teams to shoot across the United Arab Emirates for 10 days. The shoot was for the launch of the country’s first-ever national tourism board (article here). This was shot across Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Fujairah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Abu Dhabi and Dubai as the Beautiful Destinations team explored the mountains, deserts, beaches, and waters of the country.

This video has garnered over 360,000 views on YouTube, with additional views on Instagram and Facebook.

For this shoot, I led the scouting and hiring of talent, which ended up being a family of four and their grandmother. I coordinated the logistics of transporting them from Philadelphia to Park City, Utah, and to Lake Tahoe. I managed contracts and billing for the talent, as well as communication between them and the crew. Additionally, I booked all travel and accommodations for the crew, and assisted in the planning of the entire 10-day shoot.

Helped direct and manage our crew, including an FPV drone operator, Creative Director, and two videographers for a 10-day shoot across all St. Croix, St. John, and St. Thomas. I was in charge of coordinating flights, hotels, and all travel to-and-from the three islands. I managed budgets, call sheets, and petty cash throughout the entire shoot. I also coordinated the wrapping and pick-up of a Jeep Wrangler in the custom #UnitedStories branding. This video has garnered over 1.6 million views on YouTube, with additional views on Instagram and Facebook.

For this shoot, I led the entire pre-production: scouted and hired three actors to travel on a 10-day shoot throughout Cape Cod, Nantucket, and Martha’s Vineyard. I researched locations and contacted local businesses and state parks to obtain permits and permission to film at. I coordinated travel for eight people, including flights, hotels, and transportation throughout the different locations. My favorite achievement of this shoot was ordering a custom branded #UnitedStories sail that we used at sunset in Nantucket. I coordinated with a branded sail company that delivered it directly to the sailboat owner in Nantucket. I also coordinated a custom-wrapped Jeep that is featured throughout the video. This video has garnered over 800,000 views on YouTube, with additional views on Instagram and Facebook.

I assisted in scheduling a 10-day shoot throughout Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi highlighting various tourist locations and local people. We coordinated with four different local talent to film their lives as chefs, as well as their personal lives as mothers, fathers, and members of their communities. I also coordinated custom wrapping a Ford pickup truck in the #UnitedStories branded pattern. Visit the USA included a wrapped vehicle featured in each #UnitedStories video for campaign consistency.

I also acquired permits for state and National Parks that we shot in, as well as permits for urban and city shots.
